Dorothee Ingwersen

Dorothee Ingwersen is a cofounder of the Apartment Group. She specializes in Brand Management, Brand Building, Design Strategy and Communication.

Dorothee Ingwersen started her career at renowned German fashion company Olsen as a fashion designer in the early 1990s. From the mid 1990s on Dorothee Ingwersen built up the marketing and communication department with Andrea Wolff for Olsen. She was instrumental in developing Olsen´s International Brand Image and the company´s worldwide success doubleing Olsen´s turnover in just a few seasons. She followed up with numerous high-end campaigns using International Topmodels and actresses like Tatjana Patitz, Maryam D´Abo and Franziska Knuppe. She also initiated and developed the „Double Happiness“ Concept and campaign, based on sustainable Collections with the NGO Plan international in India, Asia and South-America ,which received worldwide recognition, and was awarded with the „Canadian Sustainiability Award 2011“. In 2009 she became Creative Director and Head of Communication for Olsen worldwide and created and produced the highly successful „Confident Sexy“ Campaign, which again got several popular Fashion and Entertainment personalities involved. She also started the field of cultural sponsoring at Olsen and created several culture events focussing on international photography some of which where Highlights in the cultural activities of Hamburg during the last decade. Next to her daily work Dorothee Ingwersen is a sought after Fashion expert for German Television and is a member of the board of advisors to the Plan International Shop GmbH.

Leonard Streich

Leonard Streich is a cofounder of both the Apartment Group, the Art Direction Consultancy Belgrad, and the architecture office Something Fantastic. With the Apartment Group he creates campaigns and advertising for clients in the fashion and luxury industries that go forward. With Belgrad he produces award-winning books for publishing and institutional clients. With Something Fantastic he works on a range of architectural scales that encompass urban design, architecture, exhibitions, furniture, theoretical work and teaching.

Streich opened up his first art direction consultancy in the early 2000s while still attending High School. Holding a degree in architecture from the University of the Arts Berlin he–together with his partners Elena Schütz und Julian Schubert–is part of the MAS Urban Design teaching team at the ETH Zürich. Together with Julian Schubert and Elena Schütz he also coauthored among others the book “Something Fantastic –A Manifesto by Three Young Architects on Worlds, People, Cities and Houses “. Leonard Streich lectures regularly at architecture and art schools worldwide and his work has been part of exhibitions at among others the Biennale Architettura di Venezia, the Kunsthalle Düsseldorf and Haus der Kulturen der Welt. His commercial clients include among others Noesa, Olsen, Henry Cottons, Marina Yachting, Ruby Press, Hatje Cantz, Merve and Holcim.

Kathrin Limburg

Kathrin Limburg is a cofounder of the Apartment Group and the founder of KL Productions. After learning the production trade at the large network agencies Grey and Scholz & Friends and after taking a leading role in the creation of the successful German Fashion Label Sissi Wasabi Kathrin Limburg decided to venture out on her own in 2011. Her current clients include, Vogue, I Love you Magazine, Dansk, D-Magazine, Olsen, Roeckl, Synsam, Breuninger and many others.
